Refurbishment of a large mansion house apartment including, alterations to the internal layout and installation of a gymnasium.  Square Foot Solutions delivered an opulent specification with high quality finishes including, marble panelled bespoke joinery units, polished concrete flooring, Lutron lighting and Crestron audio systems.  The client was delighted and entered the project into the FMB Master Builder of the Year Awards competition.
