Refurbishment and extension of a detached house to create 7,500 square foot family home.  Works included the excavation and construction of a 1,900 sq foot basement to house a swimming pool and recreation area.  The project was delivered with extremely high quality finishes and the clients were so pleased with the results that they decided to enter the project into the FMB Master Builder of the Year Awards competition.
